I am a 20-year Retired Chief Warrant Officer of the United States Coast Guard. My high school sweetheart and I grew up in Broward County, Florida, and lived all over the United States. My wife is a recently retired educator, and we have two grown children. Our youngest works as an Air Traffic Controller for the FAA (Chicago/O'Hare), and our oldest works in marketing for Lowe's Corporate (Mooresville, NC).
 
Let me help educate you on why this area is a one-of-a-kind location. Our locals refer to the area as "Mayberry on the Water."
 
After living all over the country and making our seventeenth move, we discovered Amelia Island and found our forever home!
